About Me

My Why

I have spent over 20 years working with children’s learning and development, I am passionate about exploring and researching on and devising holistic approaches to help children to understand their environmental and personal barriers in reaching their full potential.

Who I serve & What I offer

I offer education and support services for children, adults and parenting support. Additionally, I offer services to schools and communities on a one-to-one and group basis. I have spent time creating a series of workshops, programmes and targeted individual sessions for children so that all children can remove their barriers to reaching their full potential and become their authentic self. In my mission to create a practical toolkit that can educate and support children in their own development. I would like to offer educational and supportive services to children that are individualised as well as comprehensive to meet their needs. The services I provide are opportunities for children to explore and reflect on all aspects of themselves in order to discover and understand their own personal self.

More about me

I enjoy spending time on my own, at home and in nature. I go for walks by the river, in open fields, golf courses, and in raw woods . I feel most at peace in nature, which helps me to be grounded and relaxed; where I can reflect on myself while I connect with aspects of nature. I like to be active, and find new ways to improve and maintain my physical health and well-being. I  go to the gym for fitness and strength workouts, I do yoga, swimming, and spa. I also do workouts at home where I focus on squats, yoga, and expressive movement and dance.
