Programmes
The Upgrading Minds Programmes offer participants holistic opportunities to get support which is easily accessible, relevant to their needs, appropriate to their age & abilities and flexible and adjustable to really achieve measurable and lasting results.

The main purpose of each programme is to equip participants with prior knowledge and understanding about their personal minds, to reinforce self belief, self value and self trust from within. Additionally, the programmes help participants to recognise and strengthen factors which can influence positive behaviour and outcomes, be alert to their personal thought process, feelings and emotional states and to be creative in facing and managing future challenges.

All children, adults and parenting programmes are offered as one to one and in groups including school services. Programmes are available as face-to-face as well as online sessions.
