Support for Women

The Upgrading Minds Service provides an opportunity  for women to identify personal barriers and needs and how to address them and to make improvements and achieve goals in their personal, professional and home/family life. This support is provided through: 

  • One to one support, face to face or online 

  • Group work sessions / workshops at The Bridge coffee shop (Datchet)

 

Expressive Movement and Dance sessions for women

 

This is an opportunity to become more aware of emotions and emotional states within the body, and learn how to feel, control and release them, by expressing emotions through movement and dance. Also improve self awareness and expressive communication skills through creativity and by raising vibrational energy and flow. These sessions are delivered as:

  • One to one sessions

  • Group sessions
